    Didn’t expect much at first but wow vascularity was wild today. Took it 30 mins before workout and the combo of AAKG + beetroot hits different

    Been taking this pre-training for a week now. Pumps feel way more intense and they actually last longer. Beetroot in this seems to really do its job.

    Been stacking this with my regular pre. Feels cleaner. Noticed better contraction during sets, prob bcz of the calcium. Pumps are def more locked in.
