Refund & Return Policy

At Exalt Supps, we take utmost care to ensure that your order reaches you safely and correctly. To make the return process fair and transparent, please read the following policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

A product will be eligible for return only if at least one of the following issues is found upon delivery:

  • The product seal is opened, broken, or tampered with.
  • The product is damaged or broken. (Minor scratches or cosmetic marks do not qualify for a return.)
  • A wrong product has been delivered.
  • A wrong flavour has been delivered.

If none of the above issues apply, the order will not be eligible for return.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for raising a return request.

The video must clearly show:

  • The package before opening.
  • The package being opened.
  • The product and its seal after opening.
  • The issue with the product, if applicable.

Return requests without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

How to Raise a Return Request

If your order meets any of the return eligibility conditions, please email your return request to:

Please include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and the complete unboxing video as supporting evidence.

Return Request Window

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Once 48 hours have passed from the delivery time, the product will no longer be eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only when the ordered product is unavailable or out of stock after the payment has already been successfully completed.

In such cases, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons other than product unavailability/out-of-stock situations covered above.

Important Notes

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • Record the complete unboxing video before opening the package.
  • Do not dispose of the product, packaging, seal, or other relevant materials until your return request has been resolved.
  • Return eligibility is subject to verification of the submitted unboxing video and the reported issue.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
